1-hour group drop-in sessions for self-care & stress relief Every Tuesday via Zoom

What happens in a drop-in session?

  • You will be guided through simple self-care practices ​to soothe your nervous system, soften, and connect to yourself

  • We will do some light stretching to fatigue your muscles. If you are planning to workout or do your yoga practice it would be ideal to do this immediately before the session so that your muscles are already tired

  • We will allow 

  • The session will close with a deeply relaxing savasana


Drop-in sessions are for you if: 

  • You have done TRE® before but don't have a regular practice or haven't practiced in a while 


  • You have a regular TRE® practice but want to experience space holding, and to feel connected to a group while you tremor

  • You want to continue developing self-regulation skills so that you can manage stress, anxiety, and other emotions without being overwhelmed  

If you have never done TRE®, for your safety you will need to complete the three-week mini-course before joining the drop-in sessions.





Drop-in sessions are donation-based and are made via PayPal. The suggested donation is £5 (€6 / $7USD / $10AUD) with an option to pay what you can afford. 

Due to the online nature of this work the drop-in group sessions are not recommended if you: 

  •  have major medical conditions

  •  have a history of mental health issues

  • have difficulties with self-regulation or emotional overwhelm e.g. anxiety attacks

  • have recent injuries or difficulties with general exercise

  • have conditions with acute 'flare-ups'

  • are pregnant

Pre-screening form:
If you have concerns about practicing TRE® in an online group environment, you must complete a pre-screening form and email it to me before joining a drop-in session.

What you need to bring/how to prepare:
- Prepare a comfortable space to lie on the floor, ideally on a yoga mat or a bed for up to 1.5 hours

- Wear loose, comfortable clothing that you can move in 

- Bring a small cushion and a blanket

- Arrange your device so I am able to see your entire body while tremoring. Follow these instructions on camera set up

- Turn on video on your Zoom account
